All deliveries are made via USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Yun Express.

 

Average delivery time within the U.S.: 5 - 7 business days

Average delivery time internationally: 7 - 20 business days

In some cases, these carriers are not responsible for final delivery and delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination. Orders are shipped to the address you enter at checkout. The country of shipment is selected at checkout. All prices, currencies, shipping times, and shipping charges are subject to adjustment based on the country you wish to ship to. We will ship approved orders as quickly as possible in the order they are received. You will receive a tracking link and shipping confirmation once the package leaves our warehouse.

We are not responsible for any customs fees associated with orders placed on dJI. By making a purchase on DJI, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may have customs fees imposed when they arrive in your country, and those fees are your responsibility as the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items shipping internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
